• Companion: write to contact@hotan.app with “Companion” in the subject.
• Binago: write to support@binago.app or reach out via binago.app.

Account and data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and its associated data in any of our apps by writing to contact@hotan.app from the email address registered to your account. We complete requests within 30 days and let you know.

Security reports

If you find a security vulnerability in our products, please report it to contact@hotan.app with “Security” in the subject. We review these reports first.
