Scope

This policy applies only to this website and to your direct communication with us. Our apps, such as Companion and Binago, have their own privacy policies, available inside each app and on its website.

Data collected on this site

This site uses no cookies, has no forms and runs no advertising or analytics tracking.

The hosting provider may briefly process technical logs such as IP address, browser type and request time to keep the service secure and running.

When you write to us

When you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message only to respond to your request. Our legal bases are entering into or performing a contract and our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and f).

Our email runs on Google Workspace, so correspondence may be processed on servers outside Turkey. We keep correspondence for up to two years after a request is closed, or longer where the law requires it.

Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers above and, where legally required, with competent authorities.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties your data is transferred to
• Request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
